I had an illumination healing with Marta a few weeks ago, and the results were so evident I was gladly surprised. The first few days I felt mostly tired, and had to deflate a little into the new self. The changes right after were physical, emotional and mental. I feel the main change was me rather than my surroundings; the lack of need for reaction, for engaging from a place of pain to conflict. Physically, I did no longer feel a knot in my sternum or a sense of anxiety in my lower stomach area when engaging in discrepancies, confusion and trickery. These elements have always been those that triggered me. I did not feel the need to prove myself from a place of pain. Instead, I managed to face those delicate and complicated topics from a place of truth and justice. A non emotional place, but rather a much more complete, secure and real place. I have also gotten better at letting things go and accepting them just the way they are. People, situations. I understood this at a rational level but not emotionally, so the pain was still there before the healing. I do feel now acceptance for the characters around me. Those close and far from me. And that gives me a sense of relief. I would absolutely recommend it !
