What Happens in a Healing Session

Healing sessions can all be done remotely or in person. 

 

​​​​The client will explain their concerns, what they wish to accomplish, and lie comfortably either in my practice or in their own home, while on a videocall. I'll open sacred space and start working on their energy field.​

As I work, they'll simply lie in a state of deep relaxation. Depending on the person, they might feel energy moving through their body, have visions,  sensations, or simply remain in a state of comfortable, safe restfulness. The session will usually last from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Once the work is done, the person will slowly come back to normal awareness. If necessary, we will talk briefly about how to integrate the work for best results.

How should you prepare for a session?

You should keep in mind that spirit sees you as a creator, never as a victim, and so it is never about asking what you're meant to do, but about deciding it yourself. Deciding with heart, with the confidence of someone who knows they have incredible support.

For best results in a session, bring desire and confidence in your own transformation - and spirit will rise with great power. No doubt. In all spirit work, doubt is a killer.

Space-wise, make sure you have somewhere where you can lie down warmly and comfortably, like a bed, or a sofa with a blanket, and not be disturbed. Allow extra time after the session to come back to at your own pace.

​Healing for Animals

​​

Animals are very sensitive and receptive to energy healing, with an innate understanding of it, which makes the work go wonderfully well with them. Sessions take place in pretty much the same way as they do with humans, with the difference that animal communication will be used to convey any necessary messages to and from their person.
